Measuring Tools

We are going to use two tools to measure and analyze how we are spending our time.


Kanbanflow is a Kanban board styled scheduling tool. 

It is similar to Trello (the most popular scheduling tool). 

Kanbanflow stands out from other scheduling apps because of its simplicity.

It also has a timer that will help determine the exact amount of time you spend on each task.

The free version of Kanbanflow is more than enough.

Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Pick either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. The two apps are similar and Have similar functionality.

I prefer google Sheets:

Your document is automatically synced to the cloud.
